The construction industry is undergoing a significant transformation. Projects increasingly need to be implemented efficiently and digitally to meet growing demands. Around 70% of construction projects in the DACH region involve existing buildings, often lacking complete or up-to-date documentation. Our goal at Marisol is to address these challenges by developing innovative digital solutions specifically designed for existing buildings and tailored to the needs of our partners. Using optical measurement technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI), we create detailed 3D models that serve as a planning basis for construction projects, minimizing the need for on-site visits.

Our work aims to automate the entire process of building surveying and digitalization. Our clients – especially architects, engineers, and developers – benefit from significant time savings and precise results. We use RGB-D video data (a specialized depth measurement technique) and process it in the cloud to generate high-quality IFC 3D models that meet the highest industry standards. These models can be directly integrated into Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, streamlining subsequent planning and construction processes.
